What’s Saimoe? Basically the anime fandom’s equivalent of a popularity contest, crossed over with the complexity of March Madness. It’s not a ‘popularity’ contest per se, as those of us with ideals like to believe that is it really meant to determine the most ‘moe’ (adorable / cute / etc) girl in all of anime … but we all have favorites, don’t we?
