In fact, let’s play Name Every Harem Anime, Ever.
For a new project I’m working on that I may or may not see to completion. Don’t worry about naming stuff I have or haven’t seen, it’s all the same. Anime that contain love triangles, but not full-blown harems (i.e. True Tears, KimiKiss, etc) are OK also.

Fruits Basket is a reverse harem.
Ouran High School Host Club is a reverse harem.
Ah! My Goddess! is borderline, but I would classify it as a harem.
The various El Hazard shows were all harems.
Also Mahoromatic.
Tenchi Muyo GXP is a classic harem.
The UFO Princess Valkyrie series definitely.

Maison Ikkoku: Godai Yuusaku chased by Otonashi Kyoko, Nanao Kozue and Yagami Ibuki. Arguably its a love triangle with the first three participants while Ibuki is a bit player.
Kimagure Orange Road: Love triangle between Kasuga Kyosuke, Ayukawa Madoka and Hiyama Hikaru
Video Girl Ai: Love triangle between Moteuchi Youta, Amano Ai and Hayakawa Moemi.
Just about every Macross incarnation will have a love triangle ever since the original Super Dimensional Fortress Macross. In a way Ranka vs Sheryl reminds me of a parthenogensis of Lin Minmei. ~_~

I’m assuming Wikipedia has a good list, but failing that, there are more harem anime than any one person can count (which is probably why you’re not doing it by yourself). On the bright side, though, I have a Visual Novel tag on my MAL list, and I think Moogy compiled a list of VN adaptations somewhere or the other, so that should be a start. On the other hand, once we start talking about manga adaptations…

Macross 7 is technically a harem due to Basara attracting the attentions of at least two lovely ladies, but it doesn’t count since he rarely pay attentions to any of them. That, and he’s more interested in singing to anything that bothers to listen.
