Ex-puns, or EX-puns, that is the question. One isn’t a pun any more, and the other has about 9 lifebars and two timeout spellcards which are far too annoying to avoid.

I’m heading to Anime Expo, after making an extended detour through about three Book Offs, an import game store, and my college. I figure I should leave a note because, well, it’s cool to do that, and maybe if you want to stalk me, you can stalk me.

Please, I’m kinda ronery on the hours not listed.

Anyway, the rough sketch of the panels I’m planning to go to, are below. More generally, here are my goals for Anime Expo:

  • Not die on the road trip down.
  • ANIBLOGGER MEETUP SO EXCITED LIKE SERIOUSLY BECAUSE ANIBLOGGERS ARE COOL except for the ones that aren’t going to the meetup WHICH IS WHY YOU SHOULD GO. Well, I haven’t met an aniblogger who I hasn’t thought was a pretty cool person yet.
  • Maybe get in a few games of mahjong, since I have at least one friend who’s an addict and I mentioned it to nyoronyolo as well. I’ll probably bring my set either Friday or Saturday, considering I’ll have the most free time there. Let me know, related parties.
  • Become an industrywhore. Seriously, look at what panels I’m going to.
  • Make sure to only get punched in the face, not buttraped. (looking at you Randall)
  • Not buttsexed, either.
  • Figure out how to make an inventive enough apology for having such a boring post.
  • Survive going to a maid cafe.
  • Buy Touhou goods
  • Buy Touhou shit
  • YUKKURI SHITTENE NE
  • Abuse memes as hard as possible such that no one wants to talk to me
  • Meet cool people who want to talk to me anyway. I feel like it’d be interesting to actually talk to someone in the industry.
  • Make this list as long as possible.
  • Avoid enjoying Hanyuu cosplayers because they make me feel pedo.
  • Actually I didn’t take any cosplay pictures last time because I figured I’d never look at them again. But nah, I need to camerawhore Shameimaru-style (er… whore taking pictures, that is) because L.A. is uber far away.
  • Not go broke, unless it’s for that Shiori Misaka plushie I saw at Fanime for a three-figure sum.
  • Vote in ISML on Friday (my friend actually says this is the one reason he really wants to bring a laptop).
  • Not die on the road trip back.
